If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@mirarimatcha.com within 7 days with your order details and photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping times vary based on location. Orders are typically processed within five business days, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

Yes, we offer domestic shipping within Australia. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. We do not currently offer shipping outside of Australia.
