CAMELLIA BARISTA MATCHA (20g) is cultivated in the highest mountains of Guizhou, China near Mount Fanjing. All tea farms follow clean standards with no chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers. This matcha is vibrant imperial jade-green, high in chlorophyll and finer texture making it smooth and easy to prepare.
Notes: Floral, umami forward and naturally rich.
Prepare: Cold Brew 3-5g of matcha per 50ml water and add to your choice of beverage.
Best for lattes, mixed beverages and baked goods.
